1. Scope of Services

ThirdBrain Technology provides software engineering, IT consulting, cloud migration, and mobile app development services governed by formal client service agreements and statements of work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom source code, documentation, and assets engineered for a client become 100% full intellectual property of the client upon complete payment of agreed project milestones.
